These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services and website offered by Purfect Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Purfect Solutions provides virtual assistant services, digital marketing, bookkeeping, and other business support services. The scope of each service will be agreed upon in writing before commencement.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account.
3. Payments
All payments must be made according to the agreed pricing and schedule. Late payments may incur interest or service suspension. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the service agreement terms. Monthly service packages can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, and materials provided by us remain the intellectual property of Purfect Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control
• Data loss due to user actions or third-party systems
7. Confidentiality
We respect your business confidentiality. All non-public information shared with us in the course of work will be kept confidential, unless required by law.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful behavior. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
9. Modifications
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
